Mantra: Manas (meaning Mind) plus Tra (meaning to set free from). When you practice Sanskrit Mantra you become free from the mind. There are many modalities to move into meditation. In my experience, mantra is an efficient and powerful method. It moves the mind into single focus. Through the chanting, breathing becomes full and regular and the vibrations from the sound settles the energetic movements in your entire being.

This workshop will include background information, plenty of chanting, and time/space for you to enjoy the meditation.
